Senior Technical Consultant - Quogent | Remote (2019 - Present)

  • Planning and executing business application development and sustainment projects for multiple customers. Acting as lead developer and support contact.
  • Translating non-functional requirements from the business into development tasks and roadmap items.

Programmer Analyst - General Atomics | Adelanto, CA (2014 - 2019)

  • Acted as lead Business Analyst and Developer for multiple applications developed in C# and .NET.
  • Worked with business teams to analyze and document both as-is and to-be processes, defining system requirements and developing use cases.

IT Administrative Intern - City of Hesperia | Hesperia, CA (2013 - 2014)

  • Analyzed existing inventory process, then recommended and installed a new and improved system. Developed and executed scripts to augment the new application.
  • Documented processes and authored user guides for internal departmental use and city-wide reference.
